Surrey County Council is the owner of Emily Lodge. The vision for the site, which has now been delivered, was to deliver an exemplary Short Breaks Service  in the local area and to create a place to call home that meets people’s long-term accommodation and support needs.

The Service Provider

Surrey Choices enables disabled and neurodivergent people to live active lives in their local community in ways that they choose. In addition to Short Breaks they offer education, employment and community support and skills development.

The Design Team

Atkins Realis is a world-leading design, engineering and project-management consultancy. They are working closely with Surrey County Council’s Land and Property and Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care teams to carefully and thoughtfully design homes and services for Surrey residents, always with the end users in mind.

The Community Consultation Team

Your Shout undertakes professional community consultation for the built environment. We work for developers, local authorities and other clients who wish to contact, consult and listen to people in a specific community, neighbourhood or area. We are committed to strengthening relationships between land owners, communities and local councillors.
